About Alt.Ist

Alt.Ist is a Byron Bay fashion design studio born from a desire to create a purpose driven label that leaves the generic status quo behind.

We are focused on creating stand out yet timeless pieces of swimwear, eyewear and jewellery.

We prioritise high quality and style, offering eco-friendly basics amongst our signature pieces.

Alt.Ist aims to push boundaries and reject norms repeated across many brands, with a goal to make a positive impact on charity and the environment.

Boutique

Our Byron Bay boutique is where it all started.

Literally, our blood, sweat and tears went in to building a place that we could immerse ourselves with our customers and fine tune our designs through constant feedback to create what we believe are the best fitting and most flattering designs and fits we've seen.

We introduced our ranges to the world at our boutique and quickly grew a following selling out our ranges repeatedly.

Something, which with our eco' and charity driven ethos we are proud to say has helped the environment and our plans to create charitable refuges around the world (more details on this to come).

Future Plans

As Alt.Ist grows our main aim is to become a self sustaining charity.

Our end goal is to set up refuges around the world for those in need with the brand providing constant resources for these refuges and the communities around them.

At the moment we are investing back in to the business and in to eco' or social focused companies so that we can have a larger impact overall and will keep a very open and transparent communication stream going with anyone that is interested in our pursuits.
